• User Content: photos, floor plans, room images, and related files you upload for AI processing.
• Communications: messages you send us via support, email, or in-app contact forms.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, generation history, timestamps, and interaction patterns within the Service.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, and referring URLs.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used for authentication, preferences, analytics, and (where applicable) advertising. See Section 7.

1.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive limited information from third-party services you connect to your account (e.g., single sign-on providers) or from payment processors confirming a completed transaction.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating AI Outputs from your User Content.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Communicate with you, including sending service updates, security alerts, and support responses.
• Improve and develop the Service, including analyzing usage trends and troubleshooting issues.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security risks, or violations of our Terms of Service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Use AI and Process Your Content

• Uploaded photos and related materials are processed using AI models — including third-party AI infrastructure (e.g., Seedream, Seedance, or similar providers) — to generate design and staging Outputs.
• We do not use your User Content to train third-party foundation models except where a provider's data-processing terms prevent opt-out; where possible, we configure third-party processors to disable use of your content for their own model training.
• Outputs generated from your User Content are associated with your account and stored so you can access your generation history.

4. How We Share Your Information

• We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
  • Service providers and subprocessors: cloud hosting providers, AI model providers, payment processors (e.g., Stripe), analytics providers, and customer support tools — solely to help us operate the Service.
  • Legal and safety purposes: where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Crewzz AI, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
  • With your direction: if you choose to share or publish Outputs (e.g., to a real estate listing platform), that sharing is your own action and is not covered by this Policy once shared outside the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and User Content for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within [X] days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
